Kentucky’s 2nd Congressional District
For We the People — Not the Political Class

I Can’t Be Bought. I Won’t Be Silenced.
I Am Unstoppable.

I’m not a millionaire. I’m not a career politician. I’m a regular Kentuckian with a fight in me — a fight for We the People, against corruption at every level of government, and for a future where families can afford to live, work, and thrive in this great Commonwealth.

Anti-Corruption Fighter
For Working Families
Medical Freedom & Compassion

I will fight for Kentucky like I fight for my own family. Not for money. Not for titles. For what’s right.

“I’m just a little guy. I don’t have deep pockets. What I have is fight — and I’ll fight for We the People like I fight for my own family.”

Unbought by special interests. Unafraid of corruption. Unstoppable when it comes to defending Kentucky’s families, veterans, and working people.
For Kentucky. For This Country. For We the People.
Issues & Priorities

What I’ll Fight For in Washington

From fiscal responsibility to medical freedom, from law enforcement support to anti-corruption, my priorities are simple: put Kentucky families first, defend our freedoms, and make government work for We the People.

💵
Economy & Taxes

Fiscal Responsibility & Lower Taxes

I support lower taxes for working families, small businesses, and farmers — and a serious push to cut wasteful spending, balance the budget, and stop Washington from mortgaging our children’s future.

⚒️
Energy & Jobs

Protecting Coal & American Energy

I will defend Kentucky’s coal jobs, support natural gas and domestic production, and oppose radical policies like the Green New Deal that punish our workers and drive up energy costs.

🔫
Second Amendment

Defending Your Gun Rights

I will stand firm against federal gun grabs, support constitutional carry, and protect the rights of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves, their families, and their property.

❤️‍🩹
Healthcare

Affordable Care & Respect for Seniors

I support replacing Obamacare with market-driven solutions that lower costs and increase choice, while protecting and strengthening Medicare and Medicaid for seniors and vulnerable Kentuckians.

🚜
Agriculture

Standing with Farmers & Rural Communities

I’ll fight for crop insurance, disaster relief, rural broadband, and infrastructure investments that keep small towns strong and give young people reasons to stay and build their future here.

🛂
Border Security

Secure Borders, Legal Immigration

I support strong border security, enforcing immigration laws, and ending illegal entry — while preserving a fair, legal immigration system that respects our laws and our sovereignty.

👶
Pro-Life

Defending Life & Traditional Values

I am unapologetically pro-life and will support legislation that protects the unborn, defunds abortion providers, and defends the rights of people of faith and traditional families.

👮
Public Safety

Backing the Blue & Fighting Crime

I strongly oppose “defund the police” movements. I’ll back our officers with training, resources, and respect, while pushing for tough action on violent crime and the opioid crisis.

🎖️
Veterans

Honor & Care for Our Veterans

I’ll fight for faster access to quality healthcare, mental health support, and job opportunities for veterans who have worn the uniform and now deserve the very best from the country they served.

Freedom

Religious Freedom & Parental Rights

Government has no business trampling faith or replacing parents. I will defend religious liberty, free speech, and the right of parents to guide what their children are taught and exposed to.

🛣️
Infrastructure

Jobs, Roads & Rural Broadband

I support smart infrastructure investments — roads, bridges, broadband, and utilities — that bring jobs, connect rural communities, and make Kentucky more competitive without bloated spending.

🛡️
National Defense

America First & Strong Defense

I’ll support a strong military, take care of those who serve, and back an America First foreign policy that puts our workers, our security, and our sovereignty ahead of globalist agendas.

My Story

From Investigator to Candidate

I didn’t start as a politician. I started as a constable and investigative journalist, exposing corruption that others were too scared — or too compromised — to touch. When those in power tried to silence me, they proved exactly why this fight matters.

Anti-Corruption & Government Accountability

I’ve Lived What Many Only Talk About

Through my work on MuldraughRegister.com, I investigated and exposed corruption involving public officials and law enforcement. Instead of fixing the problems, certain people in power chose retaliation.

A police official made threats and then followed through by pushing 104 felony charges for something that is normally handled as an administrative issue — an extreme attempt to silence a voice that was telling the truth.

That didn’t shut me up. It lit a fire in me.

No citizen, journalist, or public servant should ever face retaliation for exposing wrongdoing. Not in a city. Not in a county. Not in a state agency. Not from the federal government. Not ever.
A Fighter for We the People

“I’ll Fight for You Like I Fight for My Family”

I’m not in this for a title, a salary, or the spotlight. I’m in this because I’ve seen how government power can be used to crush regular people — and I refuse to let that stand.

I will fight for Kentucky like I fight for my own family. I will fight corruption, abuse of power, and political games that leave working people behind. I will fight, fight, fight — and do what’s right, even when it’s not easy, even when it’s not popular.

If you want a congressman who plays nice with corrupt insiders, I’m not your guy. If you want someone who will stand his ground for We the People — I’m ready.

I can’t be bought. I’m not afraid. I’m unstoppable — because I’m fighting for something bigger than myself: this Commonwealth, this country, and the people who call it home.
Independent Oversight

A Real Entity to Report Corruption — At Every Level

Right now, too many complaints about abuse of power are “handled internally” and quietly buried. I believe we need a truly independent entity that any citizen can report corruption to — and that has the authority to investigate city, county, state, and federal officials.

No more retaliation for speaking up. No more complaints disappearing in a file cabinet. No more insiders protecting insiders while regular people get steamrolled.

City · County · State · Federal — one place to report corruption and demand answers.

As your representative, I will push to create a National Independent Public Integrity & Complaint Office with:

  • Jurisdiction to review credible complaints about officials in any level of government.
  • Real protections for whistleblowers, journalists, and citizens who come forward.
  • Public reporting and transparency so findings can’t be buried or spun away.
  • The power to refer cases for prosecution when laws are broken.
  • Clear, simple ways for citizens to file complaints online, by mail, or in person.

Corruption ruins lives. It costs people their jobs, their freedom, and their trust in government. If you send me to Congress, I will fight for a system where every complaint is heard — and no one in power is above the law.

Medical Freedom & Common Sense

Federal Cannabis Legalization Done Right

This issue is personal for me. I watched my grandfather struggle with shaking so badly he couldn’t even hold his coffee — until medical cannabis from a legal Ohio dispensary gave him relief almost instantly. No government should stand between patients and something that helps them live with dignity.

Legal, Regulated & Respectful of States’ Rights

I support legalizing cannabis at the federal level — the right way. That means respecting state programs, protecting patients, and ending outdated federal laws that treat cannabis like a dangerous drug while legal markets prove otherwise.

  • Reform federal law so states aren’t punished for legal programs.
  • Protect medical cannabis patients and doctors from federal harassment.
  • Allow banks to safely serve legal cannabis businesses.
  • Let farmers, veterans, and small entrepreneurs participate fairly in the legal market.
  • Refocus law enforcement on serious crime, not non-violent cannabis cases.

Billions in Revenue, Real Relief for People

Legalization isn’t just about revenue — it’s about freedom and compassion. But the economic impact is huge, and those dollars can be put to work for Kentucky and America.

$10B+Potential annual federal & state tax revenue nationwide
  • Lower tax burden on working families.
  • Invest in roads, bridges & rural broadband.
  • Fund veterans’ healthcare and mental health services.
  • Support treatment and recovery in the opioid crisis.

For me, this isn’t about politics. It’s about people like my grandfather — and millions more — who just want relief, dignity, and a government that works for them.
