Platform & Issues

What I Stand For — And Who I Stand With

I’m not running to become part of the D.C. club. I’m running to fight for We the People — the families who work hard, live within their means, and are tired of a government that seems to work for everyone but them. My platform is simple: lower costs, more freedom, real accountability, and a government that fears the people, not the other way around.

I can’t be bought. I’m not afraid. I am unstoppable — because I know what it’s like to live the struggles that real Kentuckians live every day, and I will fight for Kentucky like I fight for my own family.

Fiscal Responsibility & Lower Taxes

Living Within Our Means & Letting You Keep More of Yours

Families in Kentucky have to budget every month — Washington should too. I support lower taxes for working- and middle-class families, small businesses, and farmers, and I will fight wasteful spending that drives inflation and debt.

  • Cut taxes for working families, small businesses, and family farms.
  • Push for a balanced federal budget and real spending discipline.
  • Audit waste, fraud, and abuse in federal programs instead of raising your taxes.
Coal & American Energy

Protecting Coal Jobs & American Energy Independence

Kentucky coal helped build this country. I will fight radical regulations that kill coal jobs and drive up your utility bills, while supporting an “all of the above” energy strategy that keeps America independent and affordable.

  • Defend coal jobs and coal communities from job-killing federal overreach.
  • Support American oil, gas, and responsible use of renewables — without attacking traditional energy.
  • Oppose extreme schemes like the Green New Deal that punish Kentucky families.
Second Amendment

Defending the Right to Keep & Bear Arms

The Second Amendment isn’t a suggestion — it’s a right. I will oppose federal gun grabs, backdoor registries, and unconstitutional red-flag laws that attack law-abiding gun owners instead of criminals.

  • Protect the right of law-abiding citizens to own and carry firearms.
  • Oppose new federal gun control that targets responsible gun owners.
  • Focus on enforcing existing laws and prosecuting violent criminals.
Healthcare

Affordable, Accessible Care — Not Broken Bureaucracy

I’ve seen people struggle just to see a doctor or afford medication. I believe we must move toward healthcare that is affordable and accessible for everyone — not a system that works only for insurance companies and lobbyists.

  • Work to lower prescription drug costs and insurance premiums.
  • Protect and strengthen Medicare and Medicaid for seniors and vulnerable Kentuckians.
  • Support reforms that put patients and doctors in charge, not D.C. bureaucrats.
Rural Communities & Agriculture

Standing Up for Small Towns, Farmers & Back Roads Kentucky

I know what small-town life looks like. Farmers, truckers, and working families keep this country moving, but too often they’re forgotten in favor of big cities and big donors.

  • Support farm programs, crop insurance, and disaster relief that protect family farms.
  • Expand rural broadband so every home, farm, and small business can compete.
  • Invest in roads, bridges, and infrastructure in rural Kentucky — not just the coasts.
Ending Corruption & Abuse of Power

No More “Swept Under the Rug” — Real Accountability at Every Level

I have lived what happens when officials abuse their power. When I exposed corruption through MuldraughRegister.com, a police official made threats — and then 104 felony charges followed for what should have been an administrative matter. That wasn’t justice. That was retaliation.

In Congress, I will fight to make sure no one else has to fear being destroyed for telling the truth.

  • Create a truly independent entity to investigate corruption and retaliation at the city, county, state, and federal levels.
  • Make serious public corruption a major federal crime with real prison time — not a slap on the wrist.
  • Protect whistleblowers, journalists, and citizens who report misconduct from retaliation.
Border Security & Immigration

A Secure Border & a Legal, Fair System

We are a nation of laws and a nation of immigrants — but the border must be secure. Open borders hurt workers, strain services, and make it easier for drugs and traffickers to pour into our communities.

  • Secure the southern border with physical barriers, technology, and manpower.
  • Enforce immigration laws and end catch-and-release.
  • Support a legal, orderly immigration system that puts American citizens and workers first.
Life, Family & Children

Protecting the Unborn & Defending the Family

I believe in protecting innocent life and supporting strong families. Kentucky is a pro-life state, and in Congress I will support policies that reflect our values and protect the most vulnerable.

  • Support pro-life legislation that defends the unborn.
  • Oppose taxpayer funding for abortion.
  • Back parents’ rights in education and healthcare decisions for their children.
Law Enforcement & Public Safety

Back the Blue & Fix the System

I’ve served in law enforcement and I’ve also seen what happens when power is abused. I will always back good officers who protect our communities, while fighting corruption and retaliation wherever it exists.

  • Support police with training, equipment, and resources to do the job safely.
  • Crack down on violent crime, drug trafficking, and fentanyl pouring into our communities.
  • Hold officials accountable when they weaponize the justice system against citizens.
Veterans

Keeping Our Promises to Those Who Served

Kentucky has a proud veteran community, and too many of them feel forgotten. If you were willing to wear the uniform, this country should be willing to stand up for you.

  • Improve VA healthcare and mental health services, with less red tape and faster care.
  • Support job training and hiring incentives for veterans re-entering the workforce.
  • Make sure promises made to veterans are promises kept — no excuses.
Faith, Culture & the Constitution

Protecting Religious Freedom & Traditional Values

Government didn’t give us our rights — God did — and no politician has the authority to erase them. I will defend religious freedom, free speech, and the right of churches and faith-based groups to live out their beliefs.

  • Protect religious liberty for individuals, churches, and ministries.
  • Defend the First Amendment and oppose censorship of political or religious speech.
  • Stand up for Kentucky’s traditional values and the rights of parents and families.
Jobs, Economy & Infrastructure

A Strong Economy for Working People — Not Just the Well-Connected

I’ve been on public assistance and I’ve made a good living as a truck driver. I know what it’s like on both sides. Government should make it easier — not harder — to work, build a business, and raise a family.

  • Cut red tape that crushes small businesses, farmers, and local employers.
  • Bring jobs to Kentucky through pro-growth policies, energy development, and infrastructure.
  • Invest in roads, bridges, broadband, and critical infrastructure in rural communities.
Cannabis Reform

A Personal Story & a Common-Sense Approach

I watched my grandfather’s hands shake so badly he couldn’t even drink a cup of coffee. Then I watched legal medical cannabis from an Ohio dispensary calm those shakes almost instantly. That wasn’t politics — that was relief.

That’s why I support legalizing cannabis at the federal level the right way: protecting patients, respecting states’ rights, and using tax revenue to help our people — not grow the swamp.

  • Support federal legalization that respects state programs and protects patients and responsible adults.
  • Use cannabis tax revenue to reduce the burden on working families and fund infrastructure, veterans’ care, and addiction treatment.
  • Ensure regulations focus on safety, keeping drugs away from kids, and shutting down cartels — not punishing sick people.
Unbought · Unafraid · Unstoppable — I will fight for Kentucky, for this country, and for We the People every single day I’m in Congress.
