System Under Construction
National Citizen Corruption Reporting Platform • USA

A national citizen reporting system for government corruption, abuse of power, and retaliation — being built for the people, not the insiders.

Fully privately funded
Joshua M. Ferguson, candidate for the United States House of Representatives (KY–2nd District), is personally funding the design, development, and hosting of this platform so that taxpayers never pay a dime to make their voices heard.
What we are building
This site will allow citizens across the United States to securely report:
  • Corruption and abuse of power at the federal, state, county, and city level
  • Retaliation against whistleblowers and citizens who speak up
  • Misuse of public funds, cover-ups, and ethical violations
The goal is a clear, organized reporting system that collects details, dates, documents, and evidence — ready to be used by a truly independent investigative entity.
Citizen-First
No Taxpayer Cost
Whistleblower-Focused
Nationwide Coverage
The vision if elected
If elected to the U.S. House, Joshua intends to introduce a bill that would:
  • Create an independent federal entity dedicated to investigating public corruption
  • Transfer this reporting system to that entity — free of charge
  • Make this the official national platform to receive and process citizen reports
  • Ensure the system operates without new tax burdens on the American people
The mission is simple: build the system now, so when the law is passed, it’s ready to plug in and start serving the people on day one.
Important: This is a citizen-built platform. It is not yet an official government system and does not currently conduct investigations. When live, it will be a secure way to submit detailed reports that can be provided to journalists, watchdog organizations, attorneys, and—if the proposed legislation is passed—an independent federal investigative body.
